Pleroma Builder Corporation, established in 2023, is a wholly owned subsidiary construction company of Henceforth Group of Companies and distinguished as the official General Contractor of Henceforth Development Corporation Projects with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional services in the construction industry by consistently meeting and exceeding our client’s expectations.
Our Founder
John Kevin H. Ramos, the founder of Pleroma Builders Corporation, is a driven and ambitious entrepreneur hailing from Manila, Philippines. Born in 1991, he demonstrated his determination and strong work ethic from an early age.
In 2009, while pursuing his studies, John Kevin took on the challenge of being a working student, showcasing his commitment to personal and professional growth. He managed to balance his academic responsibilities with employment, gaining valuable real-world experience alongside his education.
In 2011, John Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a major in Human Resource Development Management from the University of Rizal System – Binangonan. Equipped with a solid educational foundation, he was ready to embark on a promising career.
Immediately after graduating, John Kevin continued his path as a Human Resource Generalist, putting his acquired knowledge and skills into practice. He quickly proved himself as a capable professional and was recognized for his outstanding performance during his early years in the workforce
In 2013, John Kevin decided to take a leap of faith and explore the dynamic world of real estate. He joined Axeia (East), a reputable real estate company, as the Branch Manager. This role allowed him to further develop his leadership abilities, business acumen, and expertise in the real estate industry. He served the company from 2013 to 2018.
December 2017 marked a significant milestone in John Kevin's career when he obtained his license as a real estate broker. Armed with the necessary credentials and fueled by his entrepreneurial spirit, he ventured into establishing his own business. In January 2018, he founded Henceforth Realty and Management, a company dedicated to providing exceptional real estate services.
With three years of successful practice under his belt, John Kevin's unwavering commitment and vision led him to yet another achievement. In October 2021, he founded Henceforth Development Corporation, an expansion of his entrepreneurial endeavors. This new venture aimed to focus on real estate development, bringing innovative and sustainable projects to fruition.
Through his journey, John Kevin H. Ramos has demonstrated resilience, determination, and a keen business acumen. In March 2023, he founded another company which specializes in design and construction services dedicated to turning your dreams into reality. Whether you have a residential, commercial, or industrial project in mind, we have the expertise and passion to bring it to life.
As the founder of Henceforth Group of Companies, he continues to pursue his passion for real estate and aims to leave a lasting impact on the industry through his commitment to excellence and visionary leadership.
